Attorney Daniel Hynes is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. In May 2011, Dan Hynes became a founder of New Hampshire Liberty Legal services, a PLLC of lawyers.

Attorney Daniel Hynes' handles all criminal cases, from misdemeanors to serious felonies. Some of his past results include successfully defending a client charged with attempted murder. As part of his DWI practice, he has successfully helped clients keep their license at administrative license suspension hearings, and at trial. He has helped people ranging from a first offense DUI, to aggravated DWI, to subsequent DWI. Attorney Dan Hynes takes pride in all of the DWI training he has obtained. He is one of only a few lawyers in the State of New Hampshire who is certified as a field sobriety test instructor.
